Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Commissions & GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the calculation and processing of monthly commission payments and manage commission structures
- Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models, forecasts, and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business strategy and ensure compliance with financial policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; 3+ years in commission management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of commission structures and sales compensation plans
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
