Job Summary

A real estate platform company is filling a position for a Senior Financial Technology Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Growing trusting relationships with colleagues in Engineering and beyond
  • Being the face of the work, representing software within the business
  • Driving and supporting timely delivery of work towards our technology product

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Fluency in software development methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, etc
  • Experience developing software in a few fast-paced environments not too different from Spruce
  • Experience in real estate, financial services or related technology in a regulated industry
  • A track record of end-to-end work on impactful technology; from idea to adoption
  • Comfort adapting to and getting ahead of change
