Senior First Line Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior First Line Risk Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop risk management strategies and ensure alignment with bank and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain risk management framework, conduct risk assessments, and manage issue resolution
• Engage in regulatory inquiries, audits, and reporting, and provide risk governance and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk; or High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience
• Preferred education: Advanced Degree
• Preferred experience in Project Management or Internal/External Consulting
• Knowledge of core risk management techniques and practices, experience at a Large Financial Institution, and deep understanding of loan operations
• Ability to work effectively with associates, senior management, and committees, and leverage data for problem-solving
