Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Liability and Auto Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, handle claims consistent with policies, and document claim activity efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• High School Diploma
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Bachelor's Degree (desired)
