Senior Global Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Global Sourcing Manager to develop and implement a supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and implement a scalable supply chain strategy focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization
- Organize supply chain activities to consolidate suppliers and enhance security of supply
- Establish key process indicators (KPIs) to measure operational metrics and drive cost savings
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management preferred
- Minimum of 8 years in supply chain management
- Strong mechanical commodity experience is a plus
- ERP (preferably NetSuite) and PLM (preferably Arena/TeamCenter) experience required
- Experience in building and managing teams sourcing parts for complex equipment is essential
