Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Grants Writer to join their Development Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-impact grant proposals and reports
- Collaborate with program staff and external consultants to enhance grant submissions
- Maintain compliance and reporting schedules for funders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional fundraising, with at least 5 years in grant writing
- Proven track record of securing six-figure commitments from institutional funders
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM for grant management
- Experience in progressive political organizing, democracy, civic engagement, and social justice
- Familiarity with organizations maintaining both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities
