Job Summary

- Build relationships across departments to understand needs and facilitate communication
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or product management
- Experience managing tools like Salesforce, PSA software, or Community platforms
- Proven ability to document processes and design workflows
- Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability and long-term impact
- Adaptable and proactive in creating processes for complex systems
