Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and focus on hiring for GTM roles in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, particularly in sales
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create tailored hiring strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for GTM roles, specifically in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven expertise in hiring for US-based roles and understanding the market
- Experience in recruiting for cloud security roles or familiarity with the cloud security domain
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment
- Resourceful and self-motivated with a track record of finding creative hiring solutions
