Key Responsibilities
- Support financial evaluation related analytics and research
- Design and execute data analysis to answer key business questions and generate actionable insights
- Synthesize analysis results and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and R, Python, or Stata for statistical programming
- Experience with healthcare data sources such as medical or pharmacy claims, membership, and risk scores
- Excellent quantitative analysis abilities in related fields
- Ability to manage research projects through the entire life cycle
