Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for end-users across the organization
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, and other Microsoft tools
- Assist with the administration of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS services
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Server
- Experience supporting cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Expertise in user support across a hybrid environment (on-site and remote)
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as FreshService or Jira Service Management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
