Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner for Global Operations, Service, and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business unit and ensure high service standards are maintained
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team to execute recruiting plans and reinforce diverse candidate slate
- Provide counsel and support for ongoing organizational design and restructure
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting 500+ professional/exempt employees
- Strong client engagement orientation with proven track record of establishing strong business partnerships
- Basic understanding of operations function and budgeting/financial competence preferred
- Experience with UKG is a plus
