Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to administer and implement HR programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR processes including performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
- Assist with employee relations, compliance, and performance management initiatives
- Deliver training and facilitate local onboarding and development programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Generalist in a Human Resources department
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of federal, state, and local HR regulations and compliance
