Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to administer and implement HR programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage core HR processes including performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
• Assist with employee relations, compliance, and performance management initiatives
• Deliver training and facilitate local onboarding and development programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Generalist in a Human Resources department
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of federal, state, and local HR regulations and compliance
