Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and communicate the product roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Prioritize and manage features, bugs, and technical debt for high-impact solutions
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform product strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
- 5+ years of experience in HCM software focused on HR or Talent Management
- Proven track record of simplifying complex HCM processes and leading redesign initiatives
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience meeting tight deadlines
