Senior HR Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - HR Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop team of project management professionals
• Lead projects to improve people, processes, and systems in the global HR Organization
• Produce project documentation, analyze data, and facilitate discussions to drive solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in leadership roles supporting people management, project management, and operations management
• Direct management experience of senior level Project Managers
• Experience in leading remote multicultural teams and liaising with various other teams to achieve objectives
• Strong analytical capacity and expert MS Office skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and skilled at building relationships with stakeholders
