Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, HR Systems to support and maintain applications related to talent acquisition and performance management technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead system administration for talent acquisition and management technologies, providing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Manage vendor relationships and support recruiting-related systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop reports, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including administering a cloud-based applicant tracking and onboarding system
  • Proficient in MS Excel with intermediate to advanced skills, including advanced formulas and functions
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition supporting systems, such as LinkedIn and HireRight
