Senior HRBP
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRBP for a remote position in the USA, CA, Pleasanton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client support to the SVP of Global Field Marketing & Campaigns, including workforce analytics, executive coaching, and talent strategy development
- Deliver enterprise programs to Legal, Marketing, IT, & Strategy organizations, focusing on annual compensation planning, talent calibration, and succession planning
- Lead functional projects and programs within the HRBP team to advance people strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years' experience in HR roles partnering with executives and leading change
- Demonstrated business acumen in influencing talent and org decisions for business impact
- Experience in building annual org strategies and talent plans resulting in engaged teams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision making
- Proven ability to build relationships across HR functions and with executive teams
