Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead complex HCM strategic and implementation engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR data and systems for internal stakeholders and vendors
- Configure and maintain the UKG HRIS system, including data, workflows, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to optimize application performance and improve internal business processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HR and Payroll HCM
- 3 years of experience with HCM systems
- 1 year of UKG Pro certification
- Experience in HR and Payroll HCM for at least 3 years
- Sound understanding of project management activities and methodologies
