Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize and support Workday's HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time Tracking Modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support configurations for Workday modules including HCM, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time Tracking
- Partner with People, IT, and Finance teams on Workday requests and assess business processes for efficiencies
- Monitor HRIS Support Desk, manage inquiries, and maintain data integrity through audits and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of Workday's HRIS information structure and processes
- Solid experience in configuration and administration on the Workday platform
- Familiarity with Workday EIBs and building complex reports and Calculated Fields
- Strong Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables
- Fluency in English is mandatory
