Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation efforts by designing HR business processes and system designs
• Act as a liaison between HR teams, application vendors, and IS to drive business strategy and system designs
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of HR and financial impacts, and lead HR user group meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in HRIS or payroll systems
• Experience with complex HR and payroll systems (e.g., Lawson, Workday, Oracle)
• Experience in reporting tools for HR and payroll data in large organizations
• Healthcare industry experience
