Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital transformation efforts by designing HR business processes and system designs
- Act as a liaison between HR teams, application vendors, and IS to drive business strategy and system designs
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of HR and financial impacts, and lead HR user group meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in HRIS or payroll systems
- Experience with complex HR and payroll systems (e.g., Lawson, Workday, Oracle)
- Experience in reporting tools for HR and payroll data in large organizations
- Healthcare industry experience
