Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to focus on compensation and benefits administration as well as general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage leave-of-absence requests
- Conduct compensation research and execute bonus calculations
- Support employee relations, including disciplinary meetings and policy implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in HR, specifically in compensation and benefits
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with UltiPro and compensation analysis tools preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
