Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to focus on compensation and benefits administration as well as general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage leave-of-absence requests
  • Conduct compensation research and execute bonus calculations
  • Support employee relations, including disciplinary meetings and policy implementation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, specifically in compensation and benefits
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with UltiPro and compensation analysis tools preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
