Senior HVAC Technician
Job Summary
To support a growing HVAC service team, the full-time Senior HVAC Technician will perform routine maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications while working onsite in Phoenix.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment with intermediate to advanced skills
- Manage multiple service calls daily, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and assist other technicians with questions and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of previous HVAC experience
- Valid state Driver's License and auto insurance
- Ability to climb ladders and enter/exit attic and roof spaces
- Capability to lift, push, and pull weights of up to 75lbs with assistance
