Senior Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Information Security Analyst to perform security assessments and ensure compliance with various regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments in accordance with NIST 800-53A and agency-specific requirements
• Assess web applications, thick clients, and general support system security configurations
• Interpret requirements from governing bodies such as NIST, OMB, and GAO

Required Qualifications

• IRS security clearance required
• Minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity/information security assessment experience
• Expert knowledge of NIST 800-53A and familiarity with FISMA and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Professional certifications from (ISC)2, ISA, PMI, CompTIA, or SANS preferred
• Knowledge of security engineering principles and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
