Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Operations - IO Engineer to maintain and enhance infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and manage infrastructure and operational platforms
- Monitor technological advancements and ensure continuous improvement of solutions
- Perform analysis on existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, and security
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with SMP/E tool configuration and usage
- Experience with Db2 Logging and System Recovery/Disaster Recovery including GDPS
- Proficiency in defining and maintaining Data Sharing environments including Db2 Sysplex
- Experience in downloading, installing, and validating Db2 software across environments
- Knowledge of performance features for Buffer Pools and other Db2 system components
