Senior Inside Sales Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager for the Northeast and Southeast regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives and BDRs to meet sales objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and identify new opportunities
- Evaluate and enhance sales processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in senior inside sales management with remote teams
- Experience in inbound and outbound lead acquisition and process improvement
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience in forecasting, sales process, and pipeline management
- Working knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Spin
