Senior Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Managing inside sales activities within assigned territories, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the Military Account Manager to ensure effective communication with customers and vendors, provide preliminary quotes, and assist in training new staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee communication and problem resolution for assigned customers after handoff from the Military Account Manager
• Partner with the Military Account Manager to secure pricing agreements and submit quotes to customers
• Deliver training and support to new Inside Account Representatives and Military Account Managers on job-related processes and systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience, including military personnel with relevant training
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing sales position, preferably with military or government customers
• Strong negotiation skills to ensure value for all parties involved
• PC proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite products
• Self-driven and proactive with strong accountability and initiative to resolve challenges
