Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage compliance training and communication resources
- Create and deliver various training content, including live sessions, job aids, and videos
- Manage reporting functions for training initiatives and analyze effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Mastery of content development tools such as Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with course management systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
