Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer/Trainer to lead training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials for live and online delivery
• Provide consultation and documentation to project teams on various products and processes
• Lead training and development projects, managing both internal teams and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Five to eight years of experience in platform and online training and development
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design models
• Expertise in interactive and experiential learning
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
