Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IP litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes
- Negotiate IP licensing and settlement agreements while advising on litigation risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes for handling IP litigation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of substantive IP litigation experience
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Membership in at least one US state bar and be a licensed attorney
- Strong technology interest and aptitude
- Experience working in-house or with a tech company is preferred
