Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to support internal communications programs for various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and advise on internal communications for culture, employee experience, Legal, IT, Finance, and Twilio.org programs
• Draft and consult on executive communications for G&A leaders, including emails and presentations
• Identify opportunities for creative program development and manage change initiatives for corporate programs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of internal and/or executive communications experience
• 5+ years of experience in the tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a writing-intensive field
• Proficient in using AI for research, drafting, and generating creative ideas
• Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes to gauge program effectiveness
