Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Global Supply Chain Technology team, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to translate complex supply chain needs into scalable technology solutions, focusing on requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement initiatives, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of the integrated global Supply Chain technology roadmap
• Lead business needs analysis sessions and define solution requirements through stakeholder collaboration
• Analyze and model current business processes to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in business-facing solution delivery or supply chain technology roles
• 5+ years of experience supporting the design and delivery of Supply Chain technology solutions
• Experience with solution delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall
• Strong experience in business process analysis and capability mapping
