Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and optimize business-critical systems, including user accounts and IT spend
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise for system integrations and network connectivity issues
- Ensure system security through effective management of user permissions and incident response efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in a cloud-based environment and supporting web-based systems
- Understanding of crypto exchange terminology, components, and functions
- Experience with tools and technologies for managing and optimizing cloud-based systems
- Able to document, design, plan, and implement new systems or updates
- Technical certifications in cloud, IAM, networking, and security are highly desirable
