Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support MacOS devices, including troubleshooting and lifecycle management
  • Ensure SOC2 compliance by implementing security measures and assisting with audits
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with teams to optimize IT systems and workflows

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing and supporting MacOS in a startup or tech environment
  • Deep understanding of SOC2 compliance and security protocols for MacOS devices
  • Experience as a Google Workspace Administrator and familiarity with Dialpad and Atlassian Jira
  • Apple Certified Support Professional or relevant Apple-related certifications preferred
  • Experience with endpoint security tools and automation for device management
