Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Facilitation Specialist to deliver training and onboarding experiences for agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver agent certification processes for assigned programs
• Analyze class performance trends and implement improvements
• Develop and distribute agent communications and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 1-2 years of experience leading projects, programs, or people
• 3-5 years of experience delivering training, preferably virtual
• Some experience in developing learning activities and content
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
