Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Facilitation Specialist to deliver training and onboarding experiences for agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver agent certification processes for assigned programs
- Analyze class performance trends and implement improvements
- Develop and distribute agent communications and resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years of experience leading projects, programs, or people
- 3-5 years of experience delivering training, preferably virtual
- Some experience in developing learning activities and content
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
