Senior Legal Counsel
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements related to software licensing and distribution
- Provide legal advice on GDPR and data protection matters for licensing and SaaS transactions
- Develop and deliver training on compliance, risk management, and contracting practices
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience as an attorney with significant law firm and in-house experience in commercial contract negotiation
- Minimum of one to two years' experience as an in-house attorney at a technology company
- Experience in drafting and negotiating software contracts and distribution agreements
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Commercial acumen with a focus on business-oriented outcomes
