Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to optimize the customer journey from acquisition through retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Lead the creation of onboarding programs and automated workflows for personalized outreach
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and conduct A/B testing for optimization

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company
  • Proven track record of successful lifecycle marketing programs in a PLG funnel
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription business models
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools
  • Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Appcues, Google Analytics, and Salesforce is a plus
