Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end ML and AI engineering layer, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop and manage the ML Ops platform, implement applied AI features, and make critical build-vs-buy decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ML Ops platform, including model registry and deployment pathways
• Implement LLM-powered features and evaluation frameworks to ensure effective AI integration
• Make informed build-vs-buy decisions regarding AI tools and technologies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on ML platform or ML Ops in production
• Strong applied experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and evaluation
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Ruby on Rails for product integration
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Demonstrated ability to make effective build-vs-buy decisions in previous roles
