Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience in machine learning or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in training and fine-tuning large language models, particularly in healthcare
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• A track record of translating research into real-world applications and writing production-ready code
• Experience with cloud platforms and multi-GPU environments is preferred
