- Serve as a key analytics partner to the VP Supply, providing data-driven insights for strategic decisions
- Lead a geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace or travel industries
- Demonstrated expertise in employing data science to solve business problems
- Experience in leading and motivating a geographically distributed team
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills
- A quantitative undergraduate degree; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
