Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compliance and Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the ARMA/CARMA process for Global Medical Affairs, including procedural documentation and training
- Manage the Advisory Board process, including training materials and compliance monitoring
- Assess and maintain training curricula for new hires and ensure compliance with GxP and non-GxP standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5+ years of Quality/Compliance/Training experience in Pharma or CRO
- Experience with document management systems
- Familiarity with training assessment and development
- Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements
