Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success to lead its Customer Success team and manage strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers while managing top strategic accounts
  • Exceed revenue goals through timely renewals and expanded product usage, partnering with the Account Management team
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, identifying trends and deploying scalable solutions for improved customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience within SaaS or technology sectors
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles managing 7-figure accounts
  • 1+ years of experience managing a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience with Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms
