A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Support Platforms & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and monitor success metrics while driving innovation across technical solutions and internal tools
  • Create and oversee the development of dashboards for key support metrics
  • Partner with leadership on capacity planning and alignment with support objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Support, data analytics, or support systems
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience with multi-phased projects
  • Expertise in data and data visualization tools
  • Experience in leading and developing teams to meet performance expectations
