Key Responsibilities:
- Define and monitor success metrics while driving innovation across technical solutions and internal tools
- Create and oversee the development of dashboards for key support metrics
- Partner with leadership on capacity planning and alignment with support objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Support, data analytics, or support systems
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated project management experience with multi-phased projects
- Expertise in data and data visualization tools
- Experience in leading and developing teams to meet performance expectations
