Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts while analyzing financial performance
• Serve as a financial business partner to the Product Development Engineering leadership team, providing insights and support
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial planning and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a software development organization
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP); CPA or CFA certification preferred
