Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive compensation initiatives and manage a team focused on growth and development
- Develop communication and training to enhance the utilization of executive compensation tools
- Conduct executive compensation analysis and prepare recommendations for total cash compensation practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 11-14 years of experience in compensation management
- Strong understanding of compensation philosophy and practices
- Background in conducting M&A due diligence for Human Capital
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred
