Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead executive compensation initiatives and manage a team focused on growth and development
  • Develop communication and training to enhance the utilization of executive compensation tools
  • Conduct executive compensation analysis and prepare recommendations for total cash compensation practices

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 11-14 years of experience in compensation management
  • Strong understanding of compensation philosophy and practices
  • Background in conducting M&A due diligence for Human Capital
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred
