Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum eight years of experience in a creative, digital marketing, or editorial capacity
• At least three years of people management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement and performance management
