Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Enablement to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales and customer success operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market enablement strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address enablement gaps
- Design and deliver training programs for sales and customer success teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in fintech or large sales organizations
- Experience in building a sales enablement function from the ground up is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement tools, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite
- Proven ability to lead initiatives across functions without formal authority
