Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Enablement to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales and customer success operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market enablement strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address enablement gaps
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales and customer success teams

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in fintech or large sales organizations
  • Experience in building a sales enablement function from the ground up is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives across functions without formal authority
