Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Owner & Guest Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6-8 Senior Managers to enhance performance and engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve key metrics such as First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive improvements in owner and guest experiences

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or multichannel support environment
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace
  • Ability to adapt to change and champion new processes and tools
