Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Owner & Guest Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6-8 Senior Managers to enhance performance and engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve key metrics such as First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive improvements in owner and guest experiences
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or multichannel support environment
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace
- Ability to adapt to change and champion new processes and tools
