Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead a design team and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of product designers through the design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric solutions
- Engage with customers for feedback and conduct usability testing
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong foundation in all phases of the design process, including UX and UI
- Experience with large-scale data visualizations and WCAG accessibility standards
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
