Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services to lead and manage their Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Professional Services team focused on customer satisfaction and project delivery
- Own and manage the creation of customer-facing Statements of Work (SOWs) and standardize the scoping process
- Oversee complex project deployments and manage customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or related fields
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performance teams
- Strong understanding of software implementations and systems integration
- Experience with AP Automation and complex ERP integrations is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus
