Senior Manager of Project Management
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Enterprise Project Management to lead project management strategies and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop enterprise-wide EPMO methodologies, governance, and processes
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing coaching and mentoring
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and 3 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of software development processes, including Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to deliver large and complex projects effectively
- Experience in implementing organizational change initiatives
