Senior Manager, P2P Accounting Operations

Job Summary

Leading global P2P accounting operations, the full-time Senior Manager, P2P Accounting Operations will oversee the Procure-to-Pay workflow, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance while working remotely from the East Coast time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Accounting lead for the Procure-to-Pay workflow, collaborating with Procurement and business leaders
• Oversee global disbursement cycles and payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely transactional accounting
• Lead the modernization and centralization of international Accounts Payable operations, optimizing vendor management standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or global AP/shared services experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and P2P/AP automation tools (e.g., NetSuite, Zip, Coupa)
• Strong experience in a public company or late-stage pre-IPO environment with mature internal controls
• Direct experience with multi-currency transactions and regional indirect taxes (VAT/GST)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred
